Services We Provide

NoWorries Delray Beach Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services to residential and commercial properties in Delray Beach, FL and surrounding areas. We offer free estimates and consultations for all projects. Final pricing is based on project scope, materials needed, and site conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final project costs may vary if:

• Site conditions differ from what was initially assessed
• You request changes to the project scope or materials
• Unexpected issues are discovered during excavation or preparation
• Additional permits or inspections are required by local authorities

We will always communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within 7 days of project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects based on scope and weather conditions. While we work hard to meet these timelines, completion dates may be affected by weather, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. We use high-quality materials and follow industry best practices to ensure your concrete lasts for years.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked before we begin work.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit costs are typically included in your project estimate. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. We recommend checking with your HOA before starting any concrete work.

Liability

NoWorries Delray Beach Concrete carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property or for issues caused by factors beyond our control, including soil settlement, tree root intrusion, or acts of nature.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the last updated date clearly displayed. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
